RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Fishing Players, fishing is more than a hobby — it’s a passion. We want anglers to enjoy premium fishing tackle and experience unforgettable catches with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused;

  • in its original packaging;

  • and in the same condition in which it was received.

Used, damaged, modified, or improperly handled items are not eligible for return.


2. How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us first.

Include:

  • your order number;

  • the item(s) you wish to return;

  • and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must include:

  • clear photos of the product;

  • photos of the packaging (if applicable);

  • and your order number.

Once reviewed, we may:

  • replace the item,

  • issue a refund,

  • or provide store credit at our discretion.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived defective;

  • the wrong item was shipped;

  • or the issue was caused by us.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. The Fishing Players LLC is not responsible for:

  • lost return packages;

  • delayed return shipments;

  • or packages damaged during return transit.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately:

  • 5–7 business days

depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • used fishing lures or tackle;

  • items missing original packaging;

  • clearance or final sale items;

  • gift cards;

  • custom or personalized products.


7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided during checkout.
